Returns and Exchanges
Checking your product
Within 7 days after the items arrive, please check them for damage/defects and whether or not they are the correct items.
We do our best to guarantee the quality and shipping of our products, but in the case of a damaged item or the delivery of an incorrect item, we want to handle returns and exchanges quickly.
*If an item cannot be exchanged, it will be processed as a return.
Conditions for returns and exchanges
All of the following conditions must be met for returns and exchanges.
・Products that have been contacted within 7 days from the arrival of the product
・Unused product
・A product that includes all the accessories, warranty cards, boxes, etc.
・Items that are not marked as “non-returnable”
We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.
・ Items that have been received for more than 8 days
・ Products that have been used more than once
・ Items that have been repaired or washed
・ Products that have not been contacted in advance
・ Products that are clearly marked as "non-returnable" on the product page, such as hygiene products that come into contact with the skin, such as underwear.
・Products without accessories, warranties, boxes, etc.
・ Products with odors or stains from customers, or products with scratches
・Made-to-made-to-order items, custom products
・ Products purchased other than SEILIN ONLINE SHOP
Process for returns
If you are a registered member, please complete the process while logged in.
Please select "Inquiry about item returns" from the inquiry form and enter your
・Order ID
・Item to be returned (product code, color, size)
・Reason for the return
and then send the inquiry.
After confirming the inquiry content, we will contact you regarding the process.
Exchanges
If you are a registered member, please complete the process while logged in.
Please select "Inquiry about item exchanges" from the inquiry form and enter your
・Order ID
・Item you want to exchange (product code, color, size)
*Items with different prices cannot be accepted.
・Reason for the exchange
and then send the inquiry.
After confirming the inquiry content, we will contact you regarding the process.
Return shipping
We don’t mind which shipping service you use.
However, please send the items in a way that leaves you a copy of the shipping receipt. Hold on to this receipt until the process is completed.
*Please note that we are not responsible for any accidents such as loss or incorrect delivery during shipping.
If the return is based on a customer’s circumstances, the return shipping fee (and reshipping fee in the case of an exchange) will be borne by the customer.
If the issue was our fault due to a defective item, we will cover the return shipping fee (and reshipping fee in the case of an exchange).
Process for refunds
● When paying by credit card
We will cancel the credit card payment.
* Due to the closing date of the credit card company, the cancellation may occur in the month following the withdrawal. Please ask your credit card company for the detailed refund date.
●Cash on delivery
We will refund the money to your designated bank account in about two weeks.
● GMO payment after delivery
It depends on the contents of the return and the situation, so we will answer when you make a request.
● Amazon pay
We will cancel the Amazon pay payment.
-Paypay
It depends on the contents of the return and the situation, so we will answer when you make a request.

We will cancel the Paypal payment.
