- Annual membership ranks for a given year are determined by the total amount purchased during the previous year. Points earned and services available depend on the rank.
*Membership ranks change yearly based on the amount purchased during the previous year. For details, please refer to the membership contract. - The annual purchase amount is defined as the amount (excluding tax) purchased from January 1 to December 31 within a given year. Member ranks are updated once a year in February. *When making a purchase on the SEILIN ONLINE SHOP, orders shipped by December 31 will be counted in the rank calculations for the following year. Depending on the timing of orders placed near the end of the year, the purchase amount of some orders might not be counted in the calculations.
*Purchase amounts for sale items will also be counted. - Sale items are not eligible for points.
Member registration
1You can collect and use Points stores and online shops!
One point will be given per 100 yen spent on a purchase.
*Sale items and items purchased at special venues might not be eligible.
Points can be used to make purchases at eligible stores and on the SEILIN ONLINE SHOP at the rate of 1 point = 1 yen.
To promote environmentally-friendly practices, customers who forgo receiving a paper bag when shopping at our directly managed stores will receive points in exchange.
Sharing Points between stores and online shops
Points can now be shared between stores and the online shop
If you show your mobile membership card from your mobile phone or smartphone,
Points can be awarded and used at the target directly managed stores.
Points cannot be used if membership registration has not been completed.

Members will be invited to special members-only discount sales.
Other members-only events are also being planned, so be sure to join.
3Repair and hemming services are available!
Since we want you to get the longest life possible out of our original branded jeans that you purchased from us in the past, we will repair them if they get damaged for free.
Please note the following conditions for using the repair service.
- ・ Please bring the jeans you want to mend to an eligible store.
- ・ The repairing service at Seilin & Co. will repair jeans to the best of their abilities.
As such, there might be situations when an item can’t be mended as desired.
In addition, if it is determined that a pair of jeans is too damaged, a request for mending may be refused. - ・ Fasteners (zippers, buttons, etc.) cannot be replaced with the repair service.
- ・ To avoid complications, please wash the item before you bring it in for repair. Unwashed items may be refused.
- ・ It may take up to 3 months to finish mending the item.
- ・The person repairing your item may contact you regarding the repair.

Our hemming service offers a variety of finishing methods to choose from, as described below.
Please note that the following conditions and precautions apply to using our hemming service.
- ・If you would like to have items purchased in store hemmed, please bring them to an eligible directly managed store or DELUXE JAPAN.
We sincerely apologize, but SEILIN ONLINE SHOP is unable to handle this request. - ・Please note that for products purchased at the SEILIN ONLINE SHOP, the customer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.
- ・We cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been hemmed.
Before requesting hemming, please check the color, size, etc. of the item you received. - *Hemming service is only available for products purchased from Seilin & Co.
We may check your purchase history via your member service My Page, etc. - Depending on the condition of the product you bring in, we may refuse your request if we determine that we are unable to accommodate your request.
- ・We will inform you of the pick-up date and time at the reception.

<Caution> Membership benefits can only be used by customers who have completed membership registration.
Membership benefits other than earning Points cannot be used until membership registration is completed.
If you have not completed membership registration, your Points will expire 31 days after purchase.
