Member registration process

By registering as a Seilin & Co. member (free of charge), you can use convenient features such as purchase history, changing shipping addresses, and earning Points.
We provide information and services exclusively to members.
If you would like to register as a member, you can do so by clicking the link below: "Register as a new member (free) here."
Simply follow the instructions on the membership registration screen to complete the process easily.
Once the procedure is complete, a membership registration completion email will be sent to your registered email address.
In addition, primary members can also enjoy membership benefits at directly managed stores.

SEILIN & Co. HRM member points

If you register as a Seilin & Co. HRM member, you will receive "shopping Points" for every 100 yen Points spend on products. *Some products, such as sale items, may not be eligible.
Points earned can be used to purchase all products at our directly managed stores and the SEILIN ONLINE SHOP, with 1 Points = 1 yen.

[Timing of Points addition]
When shopping at the SEILIN ONLINE SHOP, Points will be awarded when your purchased items are shipped.
Points will be awarded when you make a purchase at participating directly managed stores.

[How to check your Points]
You can check Points you currently have on your My Page.

[Points allocation rules]
Points will be awarded based on the total amount of your purchase minus Points you have used. Please note that Points will not be awarded for sale items.

[Rules for using Points]
Points can be used on all products, including sale items. Points can also be used towards shipping fees.

[Points expiration date]
Points are valid for one year from the date of your last purchase. Regardless of the conditions of Points acquisition, use, or purchase of eligible products, Points will expire one year from the date of your last purchase.

[About Points refunds when canceling or returning items]
If you cancel your purchase, we will refund Points on the same day.
If a product is returned, we will refund your money along with Points once we receive the product.

Member ranks

Annual membership ranks for a given year are determined by the total amount purchased during the previous year. Points earned and services available depend on the rank.
*Membership ranks change yearly based on the amount purchased during the previous year. For details, please refer to the membership contract.

The annual purchase amount is defined as the amount (excluding tax) purchased from January 1 to December 31 within a given year.
*Orders shipped by December 31 will be counted in the rank calculations for the following year. Depending on the timing of orders placed near the end of the year, the purchase amount of some orders might not be counted in the calculations.
Member ranks are updated once a year in February.

Editing registered member information

If there are any changes to your name, address, telephone number, email address, etc., we ask that you update your membership registration information.
In order to ensure that we can provide you with information about Seilin & Co. member services, please make sure to update your registration information if there are any changes.

■ Changes to your registration details
1. Log in and click "My Page."
2. Click "Change Member Information" or "Change Email Address."
3. Change the relevant items on the registration screen.

Once the procedure is complete, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.

Resetting your password

If you have forgotten your login password, please reset your password via the steps below.

■Reset password
1. Click "Forgot your password?" on the login screen.
2. Enter your email address and phone number and click the "Send" button.
3. Open the link provided in the “Password Reset Notice” email.
4. Enter a new password.

Membership cancellation

If you cancel your Seilin & Co. membership, all of your registered information will be destroyed and you will no longer be able to use any of the services at the applicable directly managed stores or the Seilin Online Shop. If you have a membership card, the card itself will become invalid and all of your Points will be destroyed.
Please note that even if you register again, your information will not be restored.

■How to cancel membership
1. Log in and click on My Page.
2. If you wish to cancel your membership, please click here to complete the procedure.
3. After completing the procedure, your cancellation will be completed.
