Member registration process
By registering as a SEILIN & Co. member, you will be able to use convenient features, such as viewing your order history, changing the delivery address, and receiving points.
We also provide a members-only email newsletter and other services.
If you would like to register as a member, you can do so via the “Click here to register for free” link below.
Simply follow the instructions on the member registration screen to complete the process.
Once finished, a registration confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided.

SEILIN & Co. HRM member points
By registering as a SEILIN & Co. HRM member, you will receive one “purchase point” per 100 yen spent on your purchases. *Sale items and other items may not be applicable.
You can use the points on purchases at physical stores and on the SEILIN ONLINE SHOP at a rate of 1 point = 1 yen.
[Timing of point balance updates]
If you place an order on the SEILIN ONLINE SHOP, you will receive points once the order has been shipped.
If you make an in-store purchase, you will receive points at the time of purchase.
[Checking your point balance]
You can check your point balance from your My Page.
[Rules on earning points]
Purchases made using points will only earn points on the total purchase price minus the value of the points used. Points will not be earned on sale purchases.
[Rules for using points]
Points can be used on all products, including sale items. Points can also be used to cover shipping charges.
[Point expiration dates]
Points are valid for one year from the date of the last purchase. Regardless of whether points were added or used, and regardless of any conditions for eligible items, points are valid for 1 year after the last purchase.
[Point refunds for cancellations and returns]
If you cancel a purchase, points will be refunded on the day of cancellation.
If you return an item, you will be refunded and given back points after the item arrives at our company.

Annual membership ranks for a given year are determined by the total amount purchased during the previous year. Points earned and services available depend on the rank.
*Membership ranks change yearly based on the amount purchased during the previous year. For details, please refer to the membership contract.
The annual purchase amount is defined as the amount (excluding tax) purchased from January 1 to December 31 within a given year.
*Orders shipped by December 31 will be counted in the rank calculations for the following year. Depending on the timing of orders placed near the end of the year, the purchase amount of some orders might not be counted in the calculations.
Member ranks are updated once a year in February.
Editing registered member information
If your name, address, phone number, or email address change, please update your registered member information accordingly.
Please be sure to update your information if there are any changes so that you can continue to receive announcements from SEILIN & Co. properly.
■Editing registered information
1. Log in and click on the "My Page."
2. Choose "Edit Member Information" or "Change Email Address."
3. Update the corresponding item on the registration screen.
Once finished, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided.

Resetting your password
If you have forgotten your login password, please reset your password via the steps below.
1. Click "Forgot your password?" on the login screen.
2. Enter your email address and phone number and click the "Send" button.
3. Open the link provided in the “Password Reset Notice” email.
4. Enter a new password.
By cancelling your SEILIN & Co. membership, your member information will be deleted, and you will lose access to all services at our physical stores and on the SEILIN ONLINE SHOP. Physical membership cards will be deactivated and you will lose your remaining point balance.
Even if you reregister afterwards, your information will not be restored.
1. Log in and click on the "My Page."
2. Follow the process listed on the “Customers wishing to cancel their membership” section.
3. After you complete the process, the membership cancellation will be completed.
