Deliveries

Estimated delivery date

If your order is in stock, it will be shipped within 3 business days.
(Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and the year-end and New Year holidays.)
It depends on the area, but it will be delivered within 1 to 2 days after shipping.
Delivery may be delayed due to circumstances, but please note that we will contact you by the registered e-mail address or telephone.
* Some areas such as remote islands cannot be delivered.
In addition, the shipping time is set separately for reserved products, made-to-made-to-order items, and ordered products. Please check the product information.

Specifying the delivery date

The delivery date and time can be specified, with the options being between 5 and 10 business days after the order is placed.
There is a form to specify your delivery date during checkout, so please enter your desired date and time then. 
Your desired date and time may not be available, but in such cases, we will contact you via your registered email or phone.
* You cannot specify the delivery date for preorders, made-to-order products, or back orders.
*If no date is specified, then the order will be delivered at the earliest time possible.

Specifying the delivery address

You can have your order delivered to places other than your home, such as your office.
To add a delivery address, open the “My Page” and go to the “Add new address to address book” page.
*Orders cannot be shipped internationally or to some remote islands.

Shipping services

Sagawa Express delivers our orders.
Please note that other shipping services cannot be used.

Checking a package’s delivery status

You can check your package’s delivery status by entering the tracking code provided in the shipping confirmation email on to Sagawa Express’ website.

Missed deliveries

If you are not at home when a delivery is attempted, a missed delivery slip will be left, so please contact Sagawa Express to receive your order.

In addition, if the cases below occur for a cash-on-delivery order, any return postage fees will be charged to the customer .
・When the product is returned to our company due to a refusal of acceptance or long absence
・If the customer fails to receive the order for any other reason 
・If the storage period of the shipping service is exceeded and the package is still not picked up

*If you refuse to pay or there is a malicious case, we may file a damage report with the police.
