DETAIL
The second in a series of T-shirts packs made by HIGH! STANDARD and VELVA SHEEN, a leading USA body maker. This time, the t-shirts will be sold in single packs.
Not only the shape and specifications, but everything from the back tag to the packaging was created from scratch to create a completely original product. The neck rib is neither too tight nor too wide, and has been updated to be suitable for a variety of occasions, including as an inner layer or worn on its own. Of course, it is made in USA.
The entire process from raw materials to spinning is done in North Carolina, and the fabric is a moderately thick 18-count jersey fabric. It uses cotton grown in North Carolina, which has a low oil content, a dry feel, and a firm texture.
To create a voluminous texture and a slightly stiff feel, we use an open-end method in which the fibers are twisted together using the power of air.
Pigment dyeing, which changes colour with repeated wearing and washing, combined with the uneven open-end yarn gives the garment a unique texture that is reminiscent of old clothes.
