Paraboot is a shoe brand from France.
1908 Remy Richard Pontvert gathers alpinists
The brand started by opening a small shoe workshop in Isaud, a town in eastern France.
We mainly manufacture mountain climbing shoes for alpinists.
In 1927, we imported high-quality natural latex shipped from the port of Para in Brazil.
Started producing rubber soles in-house.
At the same time, production of town shoes began.
The brand name of Paraboots comes from the name of Para port.
