BANANA TIME
Based in Amsterdam, the unisex brand was started in 2014 by two best friends, Canadian Julia Ma and Japanese Naoyo Kawaguchi. We have developed compact, multi-purpose and comfortable items that can be used as loungewear or just outside.
The brand name comes from the article "BANANA TIME" published by USA sociologist Donald Francis Roy in 1959. This is the theory that taking a short break between work will change your mood and make you feel refreshed, which will improve your work efficiency.
