Kyoto Gion-based footwear brand OJOJO NAITO has released a special pair of beach sandals that were custom-made by OKURA, the flagship store of Seilin & Co. 's original brand BLUE BLUE JAPAN.

This project, a collaboration between OJOJO NAITO and OKURA, has resulted in a special pair of shoes that combines practicality for everyday use with beauty.

The straps are made of indigo-dyed domestic sheep leather, which is also used in BLUE BLUE JAPAN. The dyeing process takes time and effort, and the dye is carefully layered to create a deep indigo color. This is a high-quality pair of shoes that makes the most of Material 's natural texture and allows you to enjoy the changes that occur over time as the color deepens with use.

In terms of structure, it features a minimalist design inspired by traditional Japanese sandals. The front part of the strap is made of silicon Material, which provides both a soft feel and high durability. The deep black tone of the entire shoe, including the outsole, combines elegance and versatility.

The insole is made of OJOJO NAITO's standard Material, Ecsaine. The soft texture you feel the moment you put your foot in enhances the comfort of the shoes and adds a subtle sophistication to your everyday outfit. The iconic "Heart in Yang" logo of OKURA is also featured as a subtle detail.
