This is a voluminous casquette made from original denim.
【Material】
This item is made from 9oz BLUE BLUE 's original denim. The warp yarn is a specially made-to-order yarn. Research was conducted on raw cotton produced in spinning mills before World War II, and the yarn has vintage feel, recreating the texture of that time. The weft yarn is made from natural uneven thread made from US cotton. To recreate the color of vintage raw cotton, it has been dyed a very pale beige with sulfur dye. The sulfur dyeing process allows the color to fade with wear, resulting in a tasteful finish.
