【Material】
This item uses sashiko fabric, which is primarily used for judo uniforms. It is the most representative fabric in the sashiko series offered by BLUE BLUE JAPAN. It is characterized by its sturdy yet soft finish and beautiful silhouette. This is indigo-dyed honnai, carefully woven using the traditional dyeing technique known as honnai, with the thread dyed in indigo. You can enjoy the aging of the diverse blues of the cotton indigo fabric used as the patch.
[detail and Silhouette]
A relaxed silhouette. The slightly curved collar gives it a somewhat modern look, unlike the straight lines of kimonos. The large pockets are positioned slightly lower for ease of use. The indigo color will change over time as it adapts to the wearer's lifestyle. The white hand-stitched thread on the back is called "semamori" and has been considered a talisman to protect the wearer since ancient times.

This product is made with honnai dyed Material, so the color will fade from dark blue to light blue with repeated wearing and washing. Avoid wearing it with white or light-colored items or layering it with other clothing as this may cause the color to transfer. Please wash it separately as the color may fade during washing. Also, when storing, be careful not to expose it to light. Also, if left folded, the creases may fade.
